They took us on a boat out to clear water and small reefs for snorkeling. We finished that trip with sunshine cruise.

I believe we spoke with Juan and Adriel a lot but they all were so awesome! Make sure to book some excursions too! We went to scape park where there were caves, zip lining, parrots, monkeys, hammock rides, swimming and cool historic sites. He makes the best margaritas! All of the bartenders at the pool remember you and make it a point to talk to you. Thank you so much Claury!! The food was amazing!! Our favorite was Bordeaux and Oceana but you seriously have to try every place!! Also shout out to Ali at Himitsu - he was an awesome bartender and very personable. She made sure our honeymoon was everything we hoped for. It was a beautiful spread of eggs, cheeses, hash browns, etc. We had our breakfast in bed on Father’s Day which was extra special for my husband too since we have a baby girl back home. Claury also checked in to make sure we were getting services such as an adorable rose pedal covered bed and champagne. She was very responsive to every question we had and she even helped coordinate with my friend back home to make sure we got an extra special honeymoon treat (chocolate covered strawberries and champagne). Every morning she sent us all the events, restaurants and fun things to do during our stay. A huge thank you to our concierge Claury!! She showed us all around the resort and made sure we were comfortable from day one. The check in was smooth and everyone was so friendly. My husband and I just returned from the best honeymoon we could’ve ever asked for! From the moment we got out of the car we were taken care of. Sergio, our concierge, checked us every day to make sure that we were doing well. The room is spacious, modern, and really clean. They clean the beach regularly and have a seaweed barrier, which helps a lot. The space has a lot of chairs and clean towels. Room service food is ok, took us almost 1 hour and a half while they said 30 minutes for a cold sandwich and some nachos. Coco Cafe has an amazing staff and really good coffee, we would go there a few times during the day. Main courses are small and you should ask for 3 dishes if you’re 2. Other than that they have fried rice and other typical food. The Japanese restaurant has good sushi, but you’ll find the same sushi during the daily buffet. Best in our opinion are the Italian and the French. We just left our luggage to be transferred to our room and signed a waiver. We went trough 2 security cabins before getting into the hotel (one for Cap Cana, another one for the hotel itself. The transfer from the airport to the hotel was smooth (took approximately 30 minutes).
